Honest Review: (SPOILER FREE!)
Never judge a book by its cover. Or an athlete by their... scrubs?
That's the lesson our girl Audrey has to learn when she's partnered up with the one person on campus she's sworn to loathe entirely. I mean, the guy injured her brother and now has a starting spot, first line on the school's hockey team? While life's never really been fair to Audrey, this newest development just takes the cake.
Theo is hiding the chaotic mess his life has become in the last 18 months with smiles and jokes, never taking things too seriously. Only, Audrey somehow slips beneath the veneer and now he finds himself wanting to share things with her, personal things. And learn a bit more about her along the way.

Jaqueline Snowe is taking us back to Central State. I freaking LOVE when we get to dip our toes back into the lives of our favorite couples from the past. Hearing JD call Michael Reiner his "brother-in-law" made me squeal in delight. *No Shame in the animal noise game*
This story has so much. Family Drama? Check.
The Ultimate nicknames? Check.
An athlete who rocks a set of scrubs and a nurse who rocks his jersey? Check-Check!
I'm not going to give anything away. But the urge to gush indefinitely about this story is strong. Definitely (EASILY!) a 5 Star read.
